Ambience Garden Art will use all reasonable efforts to ensure product availability. However, we do not guarantee it, and you should confirm product availability at the time you place your order.
Payment & Security
All prices quoted are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST. Payments may be made by Visa, MasterCard, Bankcard, Direct Bank Transfer, Money Order or Bank Cheque. Ambience Garden Art uses encrypted Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to create a secure transaction environment. All Bank Cheques or Money Orders should be made payable to Ambience Garden Art and sent to PO Box 177, Round Corner, NSW, 2158.
Our bank account details, for direct bank transfer payments, will be supplied during the check out process. Please use your Name and Invoice Number as the reference.
Items will be sent once payment has been cleared. Please note that payments can take up to 48 hours to clear. Items are returned to stock when payment is not received within 7 days after placing your order.
Delivery
Ambience Garden Art will only deliver to addresses within Australia.
We are committed to quality and carefully pack all parcels. Freight
charges will be applied during check out prior to the finalisation of
your order. Charges are calculated using an Australia Post calculator.
Please ensure that you provide correct address details when you order,
as additional fees may apply if products need to be re-shipped. Orders
are usually dispatched from us within 48 hours of receipt of cleared
payment.
Ambience garden Art reserves the right to restrict sales to retail
quantities when supplying resellers and distributors.
Our Returns Policy
Your satisfaction is of the highest importance to us. If you are not satisfied with your Ambience Garden Art purchase, please return the relevant product(s) within 14 days of purchase, together with proof of purchase and a letter of explanation, to:

We will gladly exchange the relevant product(s), or refund the purchase price (excluding delivery charges). However, subject to your Statutory Rights, Ambience Garden Art reserves the right to refuse an exchange or refund in the event Ambience Garden Art considers that our returns policy is being abused.
Damaged and Defective Items
All our products are sent to you in good condition and carefully packed. Ambience Garden Art accepts that any products damaged in transit are to be replaced as per our returns policy. You will need to return the damaged product (or fragments which demonstrate reasonable evidence of breakage) to us for assessment.
Images & Colours
Great care has been taken to display all of our products as accurately as possible. However, due to individual handcraftsmanship, each product may differ slightly from its computer image representation. This may be by way of variance in colour or pattern.
Your Statutory Rights
If you make a purchase from Ambience Garden Art, the Trade Practices Act or similar legislation may imply certain non-excludable terms, conditions or warranties into the contract between us, or may give you certain non-excludable remedies against Ambience Garden Art (Statutory Rights). If Ambience Garden Art breaches a non-excludable term, condition or warranty, then Ambience Garden Art’s liability for that breach will be limited to the replacement of the products, the payment of the cost of replacing the products or of acquiring equivalent products, or the payment of the cost of having the products repaired.
Limitation of Liability
Except as required by law, Ambience Garden Art will not be liable (including in negligence) for (a) any loss of profits or any direct, indirect or consequential loss or damage incurred by you or any other person arising directly or indirectly from, or (b) any cost, loss, liability or expense arising from death, injury or damage to property resulting directly or indirectly from, your use of the Ambience Garden Art website (or any linked website) or any products purchased from Ambience Garden Art .
Ambience Garden Art will not be liable for;
- Failure to deliver the goods by a specific date.
- Testing the goods.
- Deterioration of the goods due to exposure to the elements after delivery.

available to individuals who can make legally binding contracts. The
goods are not available to persons under the age of 18 years old and
any other persons who are legally prohibited from entering into binding

jurisdiction of the courts of that State. These terms and
